Join the downtown Boise Cardiovascular team doing primarily heart & lung and EP lab cases

Location: St. Luke's Boise Medical Center

Schedule: 6 weeks on, 1 week off (7 week rotation) • 7 primary call & 7 backup call shifts each rotation • Call from home

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $226,000 - $234,000 (based on years of experience) with opportunities to supplement with premium-pay in-house locum shifts
• 7-8 weeks of time off built into the schedule
• 6+ additional weeks of paid vacation
  • Bonus vacation weeks at employment anniversary milestones
  • Bonus vacation days for covering call shifts on major holidays
  • Bonus vacation days or cash for unused sick days
• Signing Bonus: $60,000
• Up to +$8000 Pay for Performance annually
• 401k and Cash Balance Plan (On day one, we begin contributing 16% of your gross wages on your behalf into the retirement plans, or you can take the cash option split. 7% in cash and 9% contribution to retirement. You can also personally contribute to the 401k if you choose to.)
