PRIORITY POSTING - Opening on the 13-person OB team which covers Boise OB and Main OR
Location: St. Luke's Boise Medical Center
Schedule: 24hr OB shifts and variable daytime shifts (see schedule example) • 7 OB shifts every 13 weeks • Lots of built-in days off and an added week off every 13-weeks (in addition to vacation time off).
Compensation:
- Base Salary Guarantee $226,000 - $250,380. Opportunities to supplement:
- Eligible for additional premium pay, including overtime, pager pay, and other options.
- In-house locum shifts
- Extra shifts
- $60,000 Signing Bonus
- Up to +$8000 Pay for Performance annually
- 401k and Cash Balance Plan (On day one, we begin contributing 16% of your gross wages on your behalf into the retirement plans, or you can take the cash option split. 7% in cash and 9% contribution to retirement. You can also personally contribute to the 401k if you choose to.)
****A minimum of $37,440 annual contribution into your retirement if you choose the 16% option!!!
