Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management) - University of Central Florida.
Master of Health Administration degree from Baylor University and a Ph.D. in Adult and Organizational Learning - University of Idaho.
Regular Army commission in the Medical Service Corps, serving 10 years on active duty and 5 years in the reserves.
Board certified in medical practice management, healthcare administration and health information management systems.
Fellow and past national board member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Certified Professional in the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Member and Past President of the Idaho Medical Group Management Association (IMGMA).
